They contain our proprietary galactagogue blend which includes the specialized Ayurvedic herb Shatavari. They are gluten-free and vegan. They are handcrafted and made fresh.
*We use non-concentrated culinary quantities for all our herbs.
*Hindmilk = the fattiest part of breast milk which usually comes out towards the end of a nursing/pumping session. Sunflower Lecithin helps hindmilk come out towards the beginning of a session. That means you can more quickly get fattier milk to your baby or when you pump.
*Sunflower Lecithin reduces the "stickiness" of the fats in breast milk and, therefore, helps to loosen up fats that can clog milk ducts.

Cookies feedback : great but too sweet
Cookies are great and also family/ team! With all the due respect, Just too sweet for me. Would be awesome to have some option to adjust sweetness level and natural substitutes.
Cookies are an acquired taste. Definitely a ton of chocolate chips in mine but I really couldn't enjoy the cookies whole due to the packaging. The packaging is more suitable for coffee and you could barely reach in to get a cookie without them crumbling up

Can I have any Mrs. Patel’s lactation products if I am pregnant?
No. The herbs in our Breastfeeding line are potent and cannot be digested if you are or think you are pregnant. We suggest you have our trimester-specific pregnancy teas (which are for pregnancy only and not lactation).
How long does shipping take?
From the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep, it typically takes about 1 to 1.5 weeks because we make our products fresh in small batches.
