*We use non-concentrated culinary quantities for all our herbs.
*Hindmilk = the fattiest part of breast milk which usually comes out towards the end of a nursing/pumping session. Sunflower Lecithin helps hindmilk come out towards the beginning of a session. That means you can more quickly get fattier milk to your baby or when you pump.
*Sunflower Lecithin reduces the "stickiness" of the fats in breast milk and, therefore, helps to loosen up fats that can clog milk ducts.

Many of the ingredients, such as shatavari, fennel, and fenugreek, support overall hormonal balance, digestion, and vitality, making them beneficial beyond the postpartum period. Can I have any Mrs. Patel’s lactation products if I am pregnant?
No. The herbs in our Breastfeeding line are potent and cannot be digested if you are or think you are pregnant. We suggest you have our trimester-specific pregnancy teas (which are for pregnancy only and not lactation).
How long does shipping take?
From the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep, it typically takes about 1 to 1.5 weeks because we make our products fresh in small batches.
