    MAJOR BENEFITS:

    For Lactation
    • Shatavari - A powerful superherb traditionally used to increase the production of prolactin (the hormone that tells the body to make breast milk)
    • Sunflower Lecithin - Helps fatty hindmilk* release quicker and helps prevent clogged ducts*
    • Brewer’s Yeast - A vegan source of vitamin B (B1 & B2), amino acids, and protein - great for energizing the body and for increasing milk supply
    For Nutritional Support
    • Oats - Iron-rich gluten-free oat flour
    • Flax Seed Meal - Rich in omega-3 fatty acids
    • Coconut Oil - High in healthy fats and lauric acid, which can help to improve the fatty composition in breast milk
    • Almond Meal - High in Protein, Calcium & Omega-3 Fatty Acids

*We use non-concentrated culinary quantities for all our herbs.

    RECOMMENDATION:1-2 cookies per day

STORAGE: For optimal freshness, store in refrigerator in an airtight container. Consume within 1 month. Can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

ALLERGEN WARNING: Contains: almonds and coconut.

*Hindmilk = the fattiest part of breast milk which usually comes out towards the end of a nursing/pumping session. Sunflower Lecithin helps hindmilk come out towards the beginning of a session. That means you can more quickly get fattier milk to your baby or when you pump.

*Sunflower Lecithin reduces the "stickiness" of the fats in breast milk and, therefore, helps to loosen up fats that can clog milk ducts.

Great taste & they work!

I'm constantly having issues with my milk production, but this product works! It's pricey and not sure if I'll be able to continue buying because of that, but they are effective. I went from producing 2-3 oz per session to 6-7. That's more than double!

Effective, and tasty!

I am a first time mom, who is exclusively pumping due to poor latch. When I first started, I had to supplement with formula because my supply wasn't enough to satisfy my growing little one. That's when I bought Mrs. Patel's lactation treats and cookies (and also drank Mother's milk tea). Over the last 4 weeks (I ate the treats exclusively for 12 days and the cookies the rest of the time), my supply has skyrocketed, from averaging 19oz daily to 30oz+ daily. I am actually starting to drop pumping sessions so that I don't end up with a massive oversupply! I stored the cookies in the refrigerator so they were a little dry, but still chewy in the middle and tasted good. I looked forward to eating my daily cookie. Overall, I would recommend them - they worked for me!
