Cancellation policy
Order Cancellations
Orders placed on our website may be canceled within 24 hours of the time of purchase. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team or email us at orders@mrsmilk.com.
After 24 hours, orders are automatically processed and prepared for shipment. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, it can no longer be canceled or modified. Mrs. Patel’s reserves the right to deny any cancellation requests made after this time period.
We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before confirming purchase.
Subscriptions
Mrs. Patel’s offers subscription services for select products on a recurring basis (e.g., every week, every month, etc), as selected by the customer.
By enrolling in a subscription, the customer agrees to recurring charges at the frequency selected. Subscriptions will continue until they are canceled by the customer. Customers may cancel, pause, skip, or modify their subscription at any time by accessing their account through the Mrs. Patel’s website.
In order for changes to take effect before the next billing cycle, all modifications must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled billing date. Subscription changes made after this time may apply to the following cycle. While Mrs. Patel’s will make reasonable efforts to send email reminders prior to upcoming subscription renewals, it is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription settings.
