Since everything is handcrafted and made fresh just for you, we prioritize getting your order to you promptly. Once your order is ready, we ship it via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 1-3 business days.

As our products are free from chemicals and preservatives, we recommend freezing the Fenugreek Bars for at least 30 minutes upon arrival to firm them up for optimal freshness.
