Processing & Delivery Times

We strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. On average, it takes 1 to 1.5 weeks (including shipping time) from the moment you place your order until you receive your products. Since everything is handcrafted and made fresh just for you, we prioritize getting your order to you promptly. Once your order is ready, we ship it via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 1-3 business days.

As our products are free from chemicals and preservatives, we recommend freezing the Fenugreek Bars for at least 30 minutes upon arrival to firm them up for optimal freshness.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We ship to the address exactly as entered on your order, so please double check it at checkout. We also send an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order, with your shipping address on it. Please take a moment to look it over. If anything is wrong, reach out to us right away at orders@mrsmilk.com and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

If a package is undeliverable or returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we're not able to cover the cost of remaking or reshipping it. Because our products are made fresh in small batches without preservatives, returned items can't be resent and have to be made new. Reach out to us right away if you spot a mistake and we'll do our best to catch it before your order ships.

Free Shipping

Orders of $75.00 or more qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping within the United States. The $75.00 is calculated before tax and after any discounts or promo codes are applied. Merchandise items ship separately through our print partner and don't qualify. Free shipping applies to the original shipment of an order only. See our Free Shipping Terms for full details.

Summer Shipping

Our Lactation Treats and Superbars are made without preservatives, so they can soften or melt in transit during warm weather. They're still safe to eat within 1.5 weeks of shipment, even if they arrive melted. Pop them in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour when they arrive and they'll firm right back up.
