How do I sign up for Mrs. Patel’s Rewards Program?

Simply create an account with Mrs. Patel’s and you will automatically become a member of our Rewards Program. You can join now through our Rewards Program page: https://www.mrsmilk.com/pages/rewards

As a thank you for signing up, you will immediately earn 25 points! Once you become a member, you can start earning points for every purchase you make, referrals, social shares, product reviews, SMS sign up, and more!

You will initially be placed in our Bronze VIP tier but can quickly level up to our Silver and Gold tiers to access even more rewards.

Each time you come back, make sure you log-in to earn, track your progress, and to redeem offers.

Why should I join Mrs. Patel’s Rewards Program?

Because we want to reward you for being such a loyal customer. Why not start getting discounts for your ongoing support? Now - if you’re in our Rewards Program - for every dollar you spend, you earn one point.

Along with other ways to earn points, you can quickly get up to a 100 points which equals a $10 discount. Our Referral Program also allows you to get huge discounts for referrals you would have made anyways. So join our Rewards Program now!

How does Mrs. Patel’s Rewards Program work?

It’s all about earning points, and earning points is super easy. You can see the breakdown of how all our points work by visiting our Rewards Program page. The more points you earn, the more discounts you can get!

We also have a VIP Club where our most loyal customers can start earning 1.5x to 2x points for every dollar spent depending on their tiers and how much they have already spent with us. You can also get access to special VIP points and exclusive sales!

Can anyone join Mrs. Patel’s Rewards Program?

Yes, anyone can join our Rewards Program. It’s super easy to join. Just create an account with Mrs. Patel’s and you will automatically join our Rewards Program.

How do I earn points?

For every dollar you spend, you earn a point! This includes subscription orders and gift cards, but does not include shipping fees and taxes. You can also earn points in many different ways:

  • Join Rewards Program = 25 points
  • Make a Purchase = 1 point per $1
  • Sign up for Texts = 25 points
  • Write a Review = 20 points
  • Add a photo to Review = 30 points
  • Add video to Review = 50 points
  • Share us on Instagram = 10 points
  • Follow us on Instagram = 10 points
  • Share us on Facebook = 10 points
  • Follow us on Facebook = 10 points
  • Share us on TikTok = 10 points
  • Follow us on TikTok = 10 points
  • Happy Birthday! = 25 points
  • Make 4 Subscription Purchases (Note: already discounted 10%) = 50 points
  • Make 3 Purchases (Non-Subscription) = 100 points

When do my points expire?

Your points never expire! As long as you have an ongoing account with us, we will always keep your points associated with your account. So if you have another child or have any other postpartum needs, you can always use any points you’ve earned for future purchases. However, your VIP Club tier status will reset every rolling calendar year.

How do I check my points balance?

It’s super easy. Just log into your account and you will see your points balance on your account page. You can also see it on our Rewards Program page if you’re logged in already: https://www.mrsmilk.com/pages/rewards

How do I redeem my points?

Go to our Rewards Program page and make sure to log in. Once logged in, simply click on the “Redeem Now” button. You will then see four options for redemption. Click on the redemption option you want and you will get a special discount code. Copy the code and paste it to the “Gift card or discount code” text field during checkout.

For mobile users, the discount text field is accessible by clicking on “Show order summary” copy. For desktop users, the discount text field is visible on the right column under the order summary.

Please note that redeemed Rewards points can not be used with other discounts, and are not eligible on any shipping fees and taxes.

What is the VIP Club?

Everyone that signs up for Mrs. Patel’s Rewards Program is automatically part of the VIP Club. The VIP Club is made up of three distinct VIP tiers. As soon as you join our Rewards Program, you will be part of our Bronze tier.

If you spend more than $300 within a year of signing up, you will be moved up to our Silver tier and will start to earn 1.5x points as well as an additional 50 points upon entry.

If you spend over $500 within the year of signing up, you will be moved up to our Gold tier (which is our highest tier) and will start to earn 2x points as well as an additional 100 points upon entry (including other benefits).

Please note, your VIP Club tier status will reset every rolling calendar year.

How can I tell which VIP tier I am?

Go to our Rewards Program page and make sure to log in. Once logged in, scroll down to the “VIP Club” section and you will see which VIP tier you are in currently.

If I’m a Gold VIP tier member, how do I know when there are exclusive deals, offers, and gifts I have access to?

We will send you direct emails or text messages (if you are signed up to receive our SMS messages) and let you know when there are special offers just for Gold tier members. Please make sure to add us to your contact list so our emails (rewards@mrsmilk.com) do not end up in your Spam folder.

What do I do if I can’t log into my account?

Not to fear, we are here to help you. First thing to do is click on the “Forgot your password?” link on your Login page to reset your password. It will then ask you to re-verify your email address and then take you through next steps to get you back into your account. If you are still having trouble, please feel free to email us at rewards@mrsmilk.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If I have more than one account, can I transfer or merge my points between my accounts?

Unfortunately we cannot transfer or merge points between multiple accounts. However, you can still earn points on your separate accounts which you can redeem during checkout.

What if I have a subscription, can I still earn points?

Yes! You will immediately earn 50 points when you make at least 4 subscription purchases. You will also continue to receive 1 point for every dollar you spend. Please note that subscribers already have a 10% discount added to every subscription order.

Can I redeem points with a subscription order?

No, you cannot redeem points when creating a subscription order. Since there’s already a 10% discount on every subscription order, reward points cannot be applied to subscriptions. However, you can still continue to earn points with your subscription through each order and apply points to orders which are not a part of your subscription.

Can I use my rewards discount code with other promotional discount codes?

Unfortunately, we only allow one discount to be used per purchase. So the short answer is no. However, you can always save your discount code for your next purchase!
